And The Winner Is: Hip-Hop’s Grammy Family

Looks like Chubb Rock’s dream came true this year as Hip-Hop was well and truly in the building. We like the way they used the ‘Best Rap Performance By A Duo Or Group’ category to tick the Kanye, Jay Z, TI and Weezy box but poor MIA got nadda except the publishing. Also shout to Estelle reppin’ the Brits.

Other than T.I’s verse i despise everything about Swagger Like Us

Boring, lazy superstar-rap at its worst.

Check the side of Chris Martin’s piano – do you reckon he’s been listening to OJ Da Juiceman?

Chris Martin is a tit. He was on Radio 2 with Jonathon Ross last week and Ross was asking him about his love of Hip Hop and how lonmg he’d been into it, then he asked him if he liked the Fat Boys and when Chris Martin said he’d never heard of them Ross asked if he’d never heard of Buffy the Human Beat Box and started beatboxing and Chris Martin didn’t know to say, he just thought Ross was making it up.

In one way i respect Chris Martin because, against all odds, he managed to marry someone even duller than he is.

What the fuck is this post all about? you replace freak friday with a video of people making tits out of themselves – not actual tits.

The Grammy’s are bullshit, No one actually likes any of the people on stage do they? I mean MIA is the emperor’s new clothes right? Either there’s nothing exciting in rap music to write about anymore or Fat lace has gone down the pan.

don’t read into it too deeply broseph, it was a thinly veiled excuse to link our love of the chubbster with a token nod to hip-hop’s progression up the grammy ladder. head off to nah right for the latest on any exciting ‘new’ rap music

I’d love to see the Chubster jump on the stage mid tune, grab the mike from Kanye and Howie T bumrush the decks and throw on the ‘keep it street’ instrumental and Chubb tear into that then straight into ‘Treat Em Right’.
