Super Kids – Stunt Of The Block (DWG Exclusive)

Tragedy a.k.a. Intelligent Hoodlum’s first incarnation was part of a group called Super Kids alongside DJ Hot Day. Here’s their first 12″ and we also posted ‘Super Kids Live’ on Hot Day Records. See more on Hot Day HERE. As part of Diggers With Grattitude’s commitment to mining unreleased gems, they’re about to release a follow up to their Lung Butters CD, Main Source 7″ and the already classic unreleased Unique EP. The latest release is an EP of unreleased Cold Chillin’ tracks including music by Super Kids, Kool G Rap and Big Daddy Kane. It’s already sold out so your best bet is eBay when it drops.

    hang on a minute,

just listened and this ain’t the one i’ve got. can’t remember the title but my super kids tune has got a similar beat to “just like that” by Lyte.

anyone care to name it so I don’t have to go down the cellar ?

Who coughed up £200 for all 4 colours then? What credit crunch?

Does that ‘super kids live ‘ usually sound like that on the wax or is your copy fucked? First time I’ve ever heard this, it’s £35-£50 on Discogs depending on condition (although from experience Jazzroom’s grading is dubious), dope though, was a super kids and hot day fan back in the day, but never heard that one.
