Amazing is great. Coldest Winter is everything Lock Lockdown failed to be and one of the most ridiculously ott ballads since The Beautiful Ones by Prince. Robocop isn’t bad.

The rest of the stuff i’ve heard kinda sucks, though.

Other than T-Peezy himself ,most of this autotuning is sounding too thin and too cracker-friendly for my liking. Why don’t they use vocoders and get really loose? Or can you not buy vocoders any more because they’ve all been snapped up byHashim fans from Germany?

ps. am I the only one who has an image of John West’s tinned tuna appearing my head whenever I think of Kanye West?

pps. Autotune is the worst thing in Hip Hop ever, even worse than hip-house or kwame and even bionic from london posse has a tune out using it, what the dickens has happened to hip hop?

Booze, with three classic albums under his belt, Ye represents what makes hip-hop worth listening to in 08/09, he’s massively relevant to Weezy fans and nerds alike but looks set to drop a clanger so the post was to gauge our reader’s reactions to the new music. Download the 320KBPS vinyl rips of the Zulu Breaks if you want the real sh*t though.
