Why doesn’t it surprise us that the man with the worst name a rapper has ever chosen is on the new KRS One LP? It just seems so fitting. This is why we started the Fat Lace Rap Consultancy, so that misled individuals like this (and Meaty Ogre) could benefit from our expertise in guiding people through the tricky minefield of nomenclature. Anyway, in the words of Black By Demand, all rappers give up, because there’s a new clown in town and he’s chosen the kind of name that will get Daily Mail readers in a froth (when they’ve got over the news that laughing causes cancer, or whatever it is they believe today). A legend like KRS should be able to make a dope LP, he sounds on point vocally, but it’ll probably be let down by hard but monotonous production like that track.
