Freaky Fridays #5
Hug a Hoodie:
A message from Michelle:
“Hi Guys! It’s Michelle again. The Fat Lace boys have had me locked in this cold basement for three weeks now, brrr, it’s freezing. I had to put on this Puma YO! MTV Raps Hoodie to keep warm. You should really go out and cop some of their garms. The Fat Lace Crew have got 22″s on all their whips now and they’re looking to get the customised Rolly’s next but Puma need to see some more promotion. So here I am, keeping warm in this beautiful baby blue hoody. Its fleece lining is so soft against my skin. I’m wearing nothing underneath, except for three thermal vests. This YO! MTV Raps jump-off takes me back to the good old days when Ed and Dre had those ill type videos on smash.”
Ed Lover meets Fat Lace Part 2
“Also I just wanted to shout out the winners of the Dude N Nem shirts, thanks for all the entries but we only had a limited amount to give away so a big kiss to these guys for being so quick off the mark: Gran Imperical Beezer B (London, UK) Emery Peck (Muncie, IN), Richard Kettle (London, UK), Lewis Price (Davenport, FL), Koaste (Brighton, UK). Well done boys.”
“For those that didn’t win a shirt, you can win the very hoody you see me wearing now. It’s a medium so big boys needn’t apply unless it’s for wifey, or to sell on eBay. Just tell me who’s your favourite porn model in the entire world. I’ll pick a winner at random next Friday so don’t be shy. Answers to fatlacemagazine@gmail.com and don’t forget to comment and tell my how fly I look in this Puma jawn. Good luck.”

great interviews guys.
LOL @ Ed Lover’s eyes lighting when he’s reminiscing about the NWA pool parties.
I bet his eyes would light up when gazing upon Michelle’s wonderful pert lil’ butt too.
yo!!!
looking forward to getting the shirt – cheers fellas! now i just need to get the moves on lock for the complete package.
nice interview as well, but you could of taken your washing off the line before hand
Yo! was the shit back then. Why did MTV cancel it? It’s not as though Hip-Hop went out of fashion or anything. What we need now is a VH1 type channel for Hip Hop, where they show all the older videos for us aging B Boys to enjoy.
***cues up ‘The 900 Number’ and does the does the Ed Lover dance.
shout to T Money.
can anyone hook me up a copy of ‘Black Mags’ by Cool Kids? (vinyl or MP3)
are there titties under that shirt?
Can you believe there isn’t any footage of Ed Lover doing the Ed Lover dance on Youtube currently?
Although this lil’ fella may have outdanced the black man with this funktified display of the Ed Lover dance here :

it’s got “black mags”, “pump up the volume”, “88″, “i (mikey) rock”, “gold and a pager” and a couple of other tracks on there.
you gotta stay fly-y-y-y-y-y-y
Interesting he uses “H.E.A.L.” to illustrate that rappers didn’t beef back then… but as I recall, didn’t Krs have LL Cool J taken off the single, video, etc for that record because they were beefing at the time?
